John Kading began his career as a Judo convert who wrestled. It took him about a year or two before he began to soley focus on wrestling. By his Junior Year of High School he became a State Champ. John Kading went on to the University of Oklahoma to wrestle for Jack Spates. There he was a 2x Finalist and a NCAA Champ.
