Nick Heflin's High-Powered Upper-Body Workout

It’s no secret that Nick Heflin is an absolute beast. We’ve seen him toss and chest-wrap plenty of guys.

His power and strength were on full display at the 2017 World Team trials when he lifted David Taylor and threw him for four. He also had some earth-shaking throws that had everyone going crazy. But where does that power and strength come from? What type of workouts is he doing? I got to experience firsthand how intense his workouts can be.

Here is the upper-body workout that Heflin, as well as the rest of the Oklahoma wrestling team, does to take their power to another level.
