Flowrestling is LIVE from the most prestigious event in youth wrestling this weekend! The Flo Tulsa Nationals is the crown jewel of "little league" wrestling and annually features soon-to-be high school stars from across the country.  Also! We're headed to Chi-Town to cover some of the best high school wrestling anywhere: The Montini Catholic Quad and the Carl Sandburg Duals. We're also at Alliance Top Gun (one of the best in-state tournaments in Ohio) and Escape the Rock, where nationally ranked wrestlers from Pennsylvania and New Jersey will be competing.  We'll conclude LIVE coverage this week with a d1 college dual between Kent State and #9 Edinboro

Sixth ranked Clovis, California —fresh off a team title at Doc B— heads across the country this weekend to do battle with the best Illinois has to offer. On Friday evening, they'll take on host and 17th ranked Montini Catholic. The feature match-up of the Quad takes place when #5 Xavier Montalvo (Montini) takes on #8 Nathan Traxler (Marmion) at 182lbs. Don't miss it!

Flo Tulsa Nationals

This weekend's Flo Tulsa Nationals features more than 2,000 youth wrestlers from 40+ states. The second leg of the illustrious Trinity Award, the Flo Tulsa Nationals will be the premier youth event that takes place this weekend as 26 wrestlers across the 12U and 15U age groups will look to win the second leg of the award. Worth noting: Twenty-one wrestlers ranked in the Flo Wrestling Top 50 will be competing in the event, six wrestlers who are ranked on the Flo Wrestling Junior High Rankings will try to win the second leg of the Trinity Award this weekend and super studs Cullan Schriever & Mosha Schwartz will look to win their 4th Championship of the season. Both wrestlers have won the USA Wrestling Preseason Nationals, the Super 32 and the Flo Kickoff Classic.

Alliance Top Gun

Ohio's best are set for action at Alliance Top Gun this weekend. Considered the premier post-Christmas tournament in Ohio, Top Gun features a solid round up of state ranked stars, like Tyler Warner and Jose Rodriguez, and powerhouse programs, like defending Ohio State Champions and nationally ranked #25 Massillon Perry.

Carl Sandburg Duals

#2 Oak Park-River Forest, #5 Clovis, #16 Carl Sandburg, Rockton Honegah, Crystal Lake Central, New Trier and South Elgin will compete in a 8 team dual tournament at the Carl Sandburg Duals this weekend. The feature match-up comes at 113lbs where two future Hawkeyes, #3 Jason Renteria of OPRF and #9 Justin Meijia of Clovis, get the chance to square off.

Escape the Rock

For the 10th consecutive year, the Escape the Rock tournament will feature some of the most talented wrestlers who represent seven different states. The field of competition will consist of over 100 state/national prep tournament qualifiers along with more than 70 state/national prep medalists and 15 state/national prep champions. This will also be the first year that teams from New York and West Virginia send wrestlers to Escape the Rock.

Kent State heads to Edinboro to take on the the Fighting Scots in a dual that promises a handful of good match ups and one MEGA MATCHUP.  I'm talking about the bout at 157 lbs where #9 Austin Matthews (Edinboro) takes on #3 Ian Miller (KSU) —these two possess outrageous style so expect fireworks.
