LIVE on Flowrestling: The 2014 CK USAWrestling Folkstyle Nationals

AUSTIN, TX -- Flowrestling is broadcasting this year's CK USAWrestling Folkstyle Nationals on April 4th - 6th, 2014. Fans will get to see every single wrestler compete this weekend as Flowrestling will be streaming the event LIVE on all 30 mats from the UNI Dome in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Year after year, Folkstyle Nationals stands out as one of the most competitive post-season events. Last year's tournament brought in over 2,000 wrestlers from more than 40 states. The Cadet and Junior divisions, in particular, are known to field dozens of nationally ranked wrestlers. Included in last year's field were: Flowrestling's Junior High P4P #2 wrestler Cade Olivas, high school P4P #3 Aaron Pico & #6 Ryan Blees as well as one of college wrestling's rising young star's, Adam Coon.

This year's event promises more of the same. Over a dozen All Americans from both the Cadet and Junior divisions are expected to return this year, including Folkstyle Cadet Nationals Champion Zander Wick as well as the Valencia brothers who are both ranked top 5 nationally (#2 Zahid at 132lbs, #3 Anthony at 170lbs). And speaking of Zahid Valencia, keep an eye on him at 152lbs -by far the deepest weight in the tournament. That Junior 152lb bracket stands as one of the most stacked at any post-season tournament in the country & boasts at least three nationally ranked wrestlers: #2 Zahid Valencia (132lbs), #11 Joe Smith (145lbs), #14 Tommy Forte (145lbs)...and don't forget Missouri's #5 Grant Leeth who registered at 145lbs but will most likely make the jump up to 152lbs for this event.
