Olympic and World gold medalist Jordan Burroughs made an appearance on Good Day Philadelphia on Friday to talk about the "Road To Rio Tour", which will feature a number of USA Olympic athletes, and promote the 2016 Olympic Games.

Burroughs showed off his Olympic gold and taught the host Chris Murphy some wrestling basics.

He also stopped by Philly's Breakfast On Board to show off his Olympic hardware and his moves, as well.
