As we approach our 6th FloNational Tournament we will once again be bringing Stud Alerts of all the top competition from around the country that will be scraping for the deepest all-class folkstyle national championship in the country.

Our first stud is ranked 29th on our Junior Big Board and comes from Maple Mountain, Utah.

Taylor Lamont, the 7th-ranked 126-pounder in the Asics FloRankings will be vying for a chance to claim the belt at the Kovalchick Complex, an arena seemingly made to put wrestling on display, on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

The 2014 Fila Cadet Greco champ recently claimed his third Utah state title followed by his second Utah Super State title with a fall over Jackson Wilson of American Fork in 3:47.

He has also won a Reno TOC title this season and Cadet Freestyle and USAW Folkstyle championships in 2013.
