College Wrestling's No.1 ranked wrestler Carter Starocci of PSU beat Virginia Tech's Mekhi Lewis at the 2023 NWCA All-Star Classic.

Penn State Wrestling star Carter Starocci showed the college wrestling world why he's No.1 and seeking a fourth NCAA Championship. 

Starocci, the No.1-ranked pound-for-pound wrestler in the country and the No.1 wrestler in the 174-pound weight class, beat No.2-ranked at 174 Mekhi Lewis 11-0 at the 2023 NWCA All-Star Classic at Penn State inside Rec Hall. 

Lewis is no slouch. A former NCAA champion at 165-pounds, he is the No.11-ranked pound for pound wrestler.
