149 semis potential rematch of jenkins and caldwell. last year ended with jenkins catchin caldwell tryin too hard not to give up the take down and gettin backs out of it, if not for that the bad funk it would have been a 1 point match. being a virginia native i got jenkins any other opinions on that one???
Interesting that Jenkins' only loss was to Metcalf and he was dominated in that match 9-2 in the second before being easily pinned. Palmer (like Schlatter) is going to be dangerous if he makes it to a match with Metcalf.
There are no locks on this tournament for an individual championship - except possibly Metcalf and Herbert. Palmer almost took Metcalf out last year - and there is a lot of talent at 149. Let the fun begin... a lot of potential great matches this year.
