The Journeymen Pop And Flo National Duals is this weekend and as usual there will be a host of talented east coast athletes competing. Check out some of the nationally ranked studs that are confirmed to wrestle in Lake Placid this weekend.

#1 Louie Deprez

One of the strongest pound for pound wrestlers in the country is an absolute hammer on top. Most of Deprez's takedowns come from his opponents caving in to a ferocious hand fighting pace.

#1 Vito Arujau

I love watch Vito Arujau not just because he's a Cadet World Medalist, but because he has two very distinctly different speeds. He has a European speed in which he lulls his opponent to sleep and then explodes and then he has his American speed and that's when things get violent.

#5 Nick Raimo

Nick Raimo has some of the best short offense in the country and can score 20 different ways with out touching your legs. Don't look away on the edge, he's got some monster throws when he forces the guy to push back towards the center circle.

#9 Jacori Teemer

I have no idea why anyone would consider shooting on Jacori Teemer, his leg attack defense is on a different level. Jacori also has an ability to smell blood in the water better than most high school kids, transitioning from the aforementioned defense right to a fall.

Greg Diakomihalis

Greg D is one of the more enjoyable kid to watch in this country, especially in folkstyle. He can scramble with the best of them.

Tyler Barnes

Barnes has a quick little go behind to either side. Which can make things interesting if he's up around Louie Deprez's weight.
