Former Oklahoma State wrestler and 2x Olympian Daniel Cormier was 1.2 pounds overweight for his UFC 210 title fight against Anthony Johnson tomorrow night at 205 pounds. Cormier left the weigh in area and reappeared minutes later and made weight. Though video clearly shows that Cormier had his hands on the towel which could have helped him make the weight.

A representative from the New York State Athletic Commission was interviewed shortly after Daniel Cormier made weight in a suspicious manner after being over by 1.2 pounds just minutes prior. The NYSAC rep was questioned about Cormier holding onto the towel during his second attempt to make weight and he denies that Cormier held the towel.
