Team PA Gold are the defending VAC Holiday Dual National Champions. Annually one of the toughest and deepest teams in the event, Team PA Gold is poised to make another deep run in this year's event.

Loaded from top to bottom, PA Gold wrestlers have combined for 14 Pennsylvania Junior Wrestling State Championships.

Alpha Dogs: Headlining the team this year will be a trio of Jr. High Big Board members. Leading the way will be 2x Super 32 Champion No. 4 Ryan Crookham, No. 25 Conner Redinger, and No. 32 Cole Rees. Wrestlers to Watch: Other wrestlers to watch for PA Gold are 5x PJW State Champion Alejandro H-Rondon, 3x PJW State Champion Conner Redinger, and NHSCA National Champion Cole Spencer.

Team Iowa Black

Each year Team Iowa Black puts together a strong team for the VAC Holiday Duals. This year looks to be no different as Iowa has reloaded with some of the states and best youth wrestlers. They will be poised once again to make a run at the team championship as they look to improve upon their 11th place finish in last year's event.

Here is a look at which wrestlers will lead this year's team in Virginia Beach:

Alpha Dogs: Leading the way for Iowa Black will be two wrestlers who are ranked on the Flo Jr. High Big Board. Defending Freestyle and Greco-Roman National Champion No. 16 Brandon O'Brien, who is also a Super 32 Champion will be joined by fellow Super 32 Champion and teammate No. 18 Carter Fousek.These two will kick things off as they will wrestle in the 70-pound and 75-pound weight classes respectively.

Wrestlers to Watch: Other wrestlers to watch are 80-pound Drake Ayala, 84-pound State Champion Aiden Riggins, 92-pound Aidan Noonan, and 112-pound Jack Gaukel.

In our next VAC Holiday Dual preview we take a look at Texas Dynamite Black - a team who has pieced together a solid lineup. Texas Dynamite Black will look to improve upon their 14th overall placing from a year ago.

Alpha Dogs: Highlighting the Texas Dynamite Black team is No. 29 ranked Braxton Brown, Tulsa National Champion Zach Blakenship, and Freakshow Champion Brandon Paez.

Team Mile High

Team Mile High is back and looking to improve upon their 6th place finish in last years VAC Holiday Duals.

Here is a look at which wrestlers will lead this year's team in Virginia Beach:

Alpha Dogs: Leading Team Mile High will be 84-pound Kenny Sailas. Sailas has been on a tear this season as he's won the Freakshow, Big Horn Nationals, Monster Match Nationals and the Panhandle Nationals.

He'll be joined by Super 32 runner-up and Jr. High Big Board member No. 12 Zeke Escalera and Ohio State Champion No. 2 Alek Martin.

Wrestlers to Watch: Other wrestlers to watch are 88-pound Cody Thompson, Rocky Mountain National Champion Jaron Mahler, 1112-pound Alek Martin and 126-pound Payne Carr.

Team California

Team California will once again travel East to compete in the 2016 VAC Holiday Duals. Last season, Team California made it to the Gold Medal grouping as they brought home a 5th place finish in the event. The team has reloaded and will look to make another run at the VAC National Dual Championship.

Here is a look at this year's team:

Alpha Dogs: Leading Team California will be a number of California and National Champions. Kimo Leia, a Super 32 and Tulsa National Champion, will compete in the 88-pound weight class while multiple time state champions and Super 32 runner-up No. 8 Maximo Renteria will compete in the 100-pound weight class.

Wrestlers to Watch: Other wrestlers to watch are Super 32 runner-up Justin Wells, Freakshow Champion Alex Ramirez, Super 32 placer and Reno World Champion Carlos Negrete, and 2x Tulsa National Champion Joseph Martin.

Team Ohio Scarlet will feature some of the top youth talent in the Buckeye State as they will look to improve upon their 3rd place finish from a year ago. They have the depth to make a deep run and should again be one of the top teams contending for the VAC National Dual Championship.

Alpha Dogs: Leading Ohio Scarlet will be a pair of Super 32 Champions and a Super 32 runner-up. Jake Evans and Brandon Hoselton each won a Super 32 title in October while No. 47 Victor Voinovich won the silver and a USAW Preseason National Championship.

Wrestlers to Watch: Other wrestlers to watch are Ohio State Champion Dustin Norris, Texas State Champion Jake Moon and Ohio State Champion Logan Ours.
