The semifinal round of Cliff Keen Las Vegas promises to be an outstanding one. There are a few that stand out especially. The semi's will begin at 10 AM PST, you can watch them live on FloWrestling. Check out all the brackets and archived matches on FloArena.

9) 197 Brett Pfarr (Minnesota) vs Kollin Moore (Ohio State)

Kollin Moore will attack a lot, Pfarr has the best counters. The rubber will meet the road quickly here.

8) 125 Joey Dance (Virginia Tech) vs Sean Russell (Edinboro)

This was 3-1 last time around for Dance. Russell and Dance both tend to wrestle closer matches. There's upset potential here.

7) 149 Solomon Chishko (Virginia Tech) vs Pat Lugo (Edinboro)

This was a 7-5 win for Chishko in the dual earlier. Lugo is dangerous and has notched some great wins in his career. One thing about Chishko though, he rarely loses the matches he shouldn't.

6) 285 Tanner Hall (Arizona State) vs Ty Walz (Virginia Tech)

Hall has pushed Walz on two different occasions. Can he get over the hump this time around?

5) 133 Stevan Micic (Michigan) vs Mitch Mckee (Minnesota)

Micic is better, I acknowledge this. However, you can pin someone who is better than you. That is McKee's specialty, and Micic has already shown he can be pinned when he was packed by tOSU's Brandon Fitzgerald.

4) 157 Josh Shields (Arizona State) vs Colin Heffernan (Central Michigan)

From this point forward I'm dubbing Josh Shields must-watch. He won't win every match (though he's a favorite here) but he's going to go hard every second of the match.

3) 165 Anthony Valencia (Arizona State) vs Logan Massa (Michigan)

These two leg-attacking fiends met in freestyle, but I wonder if the style change will help or hinder Massa as we head into this one.

2) 174 Lelund Weatherspoon (Iowa State) vs Zahid Valencia (Arizona State)

Lelund has looked really solid, Zahid has had some tough ones. This could be an opportunity for Weatherspoon. A win here looks very possible.

1) 184 Zack Zavatsky (Virginia Tech) vs Myles Martin (Ohio State)

Probably the best semi of the day. NCAA Champ vs someone as good as ZZ Top is a finals-caliber bout, but we'll get it in the semi's. Myles has looked outstanding thus far.
