We've seen it all before, NASCAR drivers get in wrecks, tempers flare and helmets (or occasionally fists) get thrown.  When NASCAR truck series drivers John Wes Townley and Spencer Gallagher exchanged blows, it broke into a wrestling match so bad, even the commentators could help but make fun (and try to keep score, but they forgot some key nearfall points).
