Top 6 Upsets From NHSCA National Duals
After three days of dual meet wrestling, Team Kong United, which consisted of a bunch of stars, was crowned the NHSCA National Duals champions.

But mixed into the three long, grueling days of wrestling were some badass match-ups between some of the best wrestlers in the country. And no one could have guessed what happened when they met as we had upsets all over the place in Virginia Beach.

Here are the top 6 upsets of the weekend. And don't forget to check out the rest of the great wrestling here.

#7-Karen Storr, Team Kong United vs #6-Sammy Sasso, Dark Knight
This one wasn’t much of an upset, but it made for some excitement nonetheless. Storr and Sasso met in the FloNational finals where Sasso was able to rideout for the win. But this time Storr go his revenge.

#5-Cohlton Schultz, Team Kong United vs #10-Mason Parris, Indiana High Rollers
Schultz is one of the most dominant young upper weights in the country, so when he steps on the mat, you usually expect to see some great things come from him. Well, Parris was ready for the #1-ranked freshman and when Schultz put himself in some trouble, Parris was right there to capitalize on it.

#1-Adam Busiello, Team Kong United vs Patrick Gould, Dark Knights
Busiello may have started out with a bang, but it wasn’t enough to take over the match with Patrick Gould. Gould seemed to pick up steam and really thrive off of every scramble and every point scored in this match until he pulled off the upset.

#1-Adam Busiello, Team Kong United vs Drew West, Young Guns Black
Drew West took advantage of the dent left in the armor of Busiello after Gould took care of business against the New York state champ. But West wasn’t satisfied with just getting a win, he went big to get the 6.

#5-Austin Gomez, Illinois Outsiders vs Cole Manley, Young Guns Black
It was a see-saw battle between Manley and Gomez, but in the final seconds of the match it all came down to the clutch takedowns from Manley that made the difference to give him the big upset over Gomez.

#5-Jarod Verkleeren, Young Guns Black vs #11-Dom Demas, Team Kong United
Dom Demas was straight reckless. He threw everything but the kitchen sink at Cadet World Champ Jarod Verkleeren. In the end the two combined for 21 total points, but a good portion of that was in Demas’ favor.
