Watch out, KC.  The 6th ranked team in the country is back at your tournament and ready to dominate once again.  Archer HS (out of Georgia) positioned themselves nicely in the national rankings last year after a big Kansas City Stampede where they finished head and shoulders ahead of nationally ranked teams, like Stillwater and Bettendorf.  They'll look to repeat but will once again be challenged by nationally ranked #7 Stillwater.  

On the individual side of things, we'll see 3 FAT monster-brackets: 120lbs with #3 Fix, #12 Moody, #18 Niemen; 145lbs with #4 Stroker, #15 Karsten, #16 Moran; 160lbs with #6 Smith, #12 Racer, #17 Bullard.

The Tri-State Wrestling tournament is the longest continually running invitational tournament in the Northwest. Now in its 35th season, Tri-State brings the top wrestlers from Idaho, Washington, Montana and Oregon to North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Flowrestling will be streaming the finals of this event, which is headlined by Seth McLeod the 10th ranked 182-pounder in the country, and Ironman runner-up and sixth ranked heavyweight Tate Orndorff.

One of the longest-running and most prestigious high school wrestling tournaments, the Beast of the East will stage its 22nd annual event this weekend. It's the kick-off for several New Jersey powers, and the field features wrestlers from 110 schools including nationally ranked squads #1 Blair Academy, #15 Bergen Catholic, and #18 Bethlehem Catholic. The individual stars will be out as well, with Nick Suriano, Matt Kolodzik, Mason Manville, Fox Baldwin, and Myles Martin in attendance.

The world’s greatest sport comes to one of the world’s most famous venues. Dual meets between #4 Cornell, #5 Edinboro, #18 Lehigh, NIU and some of the nations best will highlight the event. Another installment of the rivalry between No. 1 AJ Schopp of Edinboro and Lehigh’s 7th -ranked Mason Beckman will be THE MATCH TO WATCH when the Fighting Scots take on the Mountain Hawks. Edinboro will also face Cornell with a potential meeting between 3rd-ranked Gabe Dean and 11th-ranked Vic Avery looming. Also, keep an eye on the match between #5 David Habat and #6 Chris Villalonga.  That one should be a dandy.
