LIVE This Weekend: Top Gun & Temecula Valley
The Top Gun Tournament is one of the most competitive in-season tournaments in all of Ohio.  Dozens of teams from around the state of OH will be in attendance, with nationally ranked #8 Masillion Perry and (HM) Claymont leading the charge.  The tournament brings with it some out-of-state flavor too: nationally ranked #3 Clovis will be looking for yet another team tournament title this weekend. 

Top Gun features a solid crop of nationally ranked and honorable mention (HM) wrestlers as well. Clovis HWT, Nick Nevills, brings with him a #1 ranking nationally so he is sure to garner some attention this weekend. The premier match, however, is at 106lbs where nationally ranked #3 Tyler Werner is expected to face Clovis super frosh and nationally ranked #12 Justin Mejia. Also, be on the lookout for this tri of Masillion Perry super studs: #4 Jose Rodriguez at 113lbs, #17 Casey Sparkman at 152lbs and #10 Tony Dailey at 160lbs.

Oh but there's more: Flowrestling will also be at the Temecula Valley Battle for the Belt tournament.  We will be streaming the finals LIVE on Saturday, January 18th. Nationally ranked #3 Clovis will not be in attendance (they're at Top Gun, remember), but nearly every other top ranked team in California will be.

On the individual end, we will get to see many of California's finest, including the Valencia brothers of St. John Bosco -both ranked top 5 nationally.  Other nationally ranked wrestlers expected to compete: #17 Isaac Blackburn (106), #8 Niko Villareal (145), #14 Paul Fox (152), Bryce Martin #17 (170), #4 Nick Fiegener (182), #9 Corey Griego (182), #6 Jeramy Sweaney
