The Program: Team USA
With the World Championships fast approaching, Team USA has come together from training centers all over the country to aggregate their skills and unite their will for international success.  Some of our wrestlers have journeyed a long road to get themselves to Budapest, and for some team members, a World medal is not so far-off.

But the Russians are training hard too, and the Iranians refuse to be outdone by anyone; the Georgians put together another solid team this year, and the Azerbaijanis regularly boast some of the best wrestlers in the world.  Zeke Jones, head FS coach of Team USA, knows that to beat the latter, his athletes are going to have to tackle the most intense training regimen in the world.

Flowrestling hit the Olympic Training Center to bring you this training.

Episode One Preview:
Our first episode hones in on former Iowa Hawkeye, Brent Metcalf.  The 2x national champion boasts his fair share of international success, but dissapointing performances at the '11 and '12 Trials have left a bad taste in his mouth.  But Metcalf is back.  Back on the team for his first time since 2010 and back to form.  He believes he's a serious contender for a World title this year.

In the episode's most thrilling sequence, viewers get to see the 66kg star compete in a tournament-style simulation for the World Championships.  Metcalf takes on Kellen Russell, Jimmy Kennedy and even David Taylor in the tournament.  He demonstrates his competitive nature throughout and gives perspective on how tirelessly a wrestler must work to best successful at the highest level.
