Shawn Bunch's Front Headlock Series
Shawn Bunch is one of the most impressive athletes to come out of the NCAA in recent years.  In college, he was known for his epic battles against 2x NCAA champion Travis Lee, which culminated in a 2005 loss to Lee in the NCAA finals at 133lbs, 6-3.  Bunch would absorb the loss and go on to take third at NCAA's the next year.  On the freestyle scene, he stood out as one of the mavens of US freestyle wrestling at 60kg.  Bunch made his mark by winning the US Open, among other freestyle nationals tournaments, and in 2009, he made the US World Team.

He's one of the quickest and most explosive US lightweights we've ever seen.  If you fancy yourself a student of the game, then get this series down, and you'll be reaping the benefits in both folkstyle and freestyle season.

Shawn Bunch's Front Headlock Series

Snap Down to Front Headlock
Bunch shows how he uses his snap down to get to the front headlock.  He makes a point to show how to maintain position and even throw your opponent if he adjusts to your attack.
Front Headlock Go-Behind
Want a quick way to score? Get this one down.  Take note of how Bunch moves his opponent's head laterally before going behind.
Front Headlock to Cradle
Solid fundamentals here.  Shawn Bunch shows to burry the head in the hole when scoring with the front head on his opponent.  One thing he does differently: he makes sure to hook his opponent's ankle with his leg before locking up the cradle.
Front Headlock Throw
For all you freestyle heads out there, this one is sick! A beautiful head pinch from the man who had the move down pat.
Front Headlock to Single Leg w/High Finish
This is maybe my favorite part of the series.  Bunch shows how to attack your opponent with some remarkable chain wrestling.
Front Headlock to Double Leg
The same move as above, but this one, you finish with some force!
