Iowa State ended last season on a high note with a rousing finish at NCAA's.
They're beginning they're recruiting cycle with similar optimism.
Nathan Boston, the #1-ranked 113lber in the country in the latest Flo Rankings, has committed to Kevin Jackson & Company.
A three-time state finalist, Boston won titles at 106lbs in Indiana as a Freshman, and last season at 113 in his new home in Woodford, Kentucky. He has a career in-season record of 153-1.
In April, Boston beat two-time New York State Champion, #5-Nick Piccinnini for the FloNational title. It was Boston's second trip to FloNat finals. He was a runner-up in 2011.
Boston told Flowrestling that maximizing his potential at the college level was his top priority.
"I think I can reach my goals with Kevin Jackson and the coaching staff. Having Earl Hall as a workout partner will be a big plus. And with Troy Nickerson as my coach, the sky is the limit. I've been busting my tail for a long time, so getting every ounce of potential out of myself is the goal. I think the coaching staff can do that at ISU."
