Mike Grey's Arm Bar Series
Everybody from Jersey (and probably the Northeast) knows who Mike Grey is.  For those who don't, Mike Grey was the first 4x New Jersey state champion.  Grey would then go on to kill it at Cornell, becoming a 2x All-American while racking up a slew of other awards -from EIWA titles to Ivy League honors and more.
Grey has some slick technique from his feet, but he's also a bruiser on the mat.  Here we have him showing his arm bar series.  He shows a variety of set ups and turns, and his attention to detail is great.

Mike Grey's Arm Bar Series

Tight Waist and Chop to the Arm Bar
Mike Grey shows the fundamentals to his breakdown and arm bar series. For his breakdown, he goes deep waist, chops, while driving his back knee into his opponent. He then goes elbow-to-elbow to pull the bar in. When he runs the bar, he tries to put his opponent's shoulder in his ear. He also likes to step up with his outside leg when driving his opponent over.

Arm Bar to Roll Through Half
Mike shows to go deep tight waste and chop. He goes elbow to elbow to get his arm bar. With his free hand, he goes to the half and then runs his body to the half side. As soon as his opponent's hips come up, he goes for the roll through half. Halfway through hitting, the roll, he shows to pop the hips to get him to his back.

Arm Bar Lock on Back to Pull Back and Pinfall
Mike starts with the deep tight waster and arm chop, then secures the arm bar. He then posts his free arm across his opponent's back and uses his bar arm to lock his free arm. He then posts on his opponent's shoulder, while keeping his hips in, and rotates around his opponent's body. From there he can pull his opponent's shoulder back for the pin fall.

Elbow Post and Arm Bar Suck Back
With this turn, Grey starts with the arm bar, but as his opponent defends, he hops to the opposite side of his body and put his knee in his opponent' back. He then pressures his chest onto his opponent's shoulder and reaches up for his opponent's face to suck him to his back.

Inside Wrist to Arm Bar Variation
Mike Grey starts with the single wrist ride, then puts his opponent's elbow on the top of his thigh. He then hooks his opponent's opposite shoulder and runs forward with the wrist ride like he would an armbar.
