The coveted spots for membership onto Team USA and the fraternity of the Dapper Dan legacy were announced this morning by the Classic’s Committee.

Of the thirteen wrestlers on Team USA, nine are 3x State Champions. With eight states represented, New Jersey and Ohio lead the way in selections with three. Minnesota has two.

Both Blair Academy and St. Edward will have two wrestlers on the USA squad.

Leading the way in terms of colleges represented are Illinois and Michigan, who each have two future members of the team in the USA line-up.

This year’s Classic, which pits the top seniors across the country against a line-up of PA seniors, will take place on March 17th at Pittsburgh’s Fitzgerald Field House.

The event will be streamed live on Flowrestling Tech Wave platform.
