Of the 28 Beast of the East Finalists, 27 are nationally recognized and 25 are nationally ranked.

Below are the final match-ups with rankings.

After the semi's, #1-Blair Academy leads the team race with 287pts. Brecksville and Massillon Perry are tied for second with 142. Wyoming Seminary is fourth at 139pts.



106lbs:
#1-Nick Suriano, Bergen Catholic, NJ vs. #2-Austin Assad, Brecksville, OH 
Suriano was this year’s Super 32 Champ. Assad was a Fargo Runner-Up this summer.


113lbs:
#6-Brent Fleetwood, Smyrna, DE vs. #15-Aaron Assad, Brecksville, OH
Both have placed everywhere, including Fargo, Ironman, and Super 32.


120lbs:
#1-Nathan Tomasello, CVCA, OH vs. #3-Matt Kolodzik, Blair, NJ
A rematch from two weeks ago when Tomasello earned a fall in the Ironman finals. 


126lbs:
#1-Joey Dance, Christiansburg, VA vs. #2-Ryan Diehl, Trinity, PA 
Two Super 32 Champs: Dance in 2009 and 2012, Diehl in 2011.


132lbs:
#3-Brandon Jeske, Cox, VA vs. #11-PJ Klee, Blair, NJ 
Jeske made his third Beast final. Klee was a finalist at Powerade.


138lbs: 
#6-Alfred Bannister, Bishop McNamara, MD vs. #9-Mason Manville, Blair, NJ
Bannister makes it back to the finals for the second straight year. Manville was a Runner-Up at Ironman and a Double Fargo Finalist.


145lbs:
HM-TJ Miller, Camden Catholic, NJ vs. #9-Jack Clark, McDonogh, MD
A match with a lot of Jersey flavor. Miller a State Champ, Clark a Prep Champ.


152lbs: 
#6-Russ Parsons, Blair, NJ vs. HM-Chad Walsh, Camden Catholic, NJ 
Ironman Champ Parsons was a Runner-Up here last year. Walsh has been a placer here and at the state tournament.


160lbs: 
#8-Myles Martin, McDonogh, MD vs. #7-Garrett Peppelman, Central Dauphin, PA
FloNationals and Fargo Runner-Up Martin takes on State Champion from PA.


170lbs: 
#8-Zack Epperly, Christiansburg, VA vs. Quinton Hiles, Brecksville, OH 
Epperly looks for his second title. Hiles placed at states and Ironman.


182lbs: 
#1-Eric Morris, Wyoming Seminary, PA vs. #6-Brett Harner, Norristown, PA 
A rematch of a nip-and-tuck, overtime bout from Ironman won by Morris.


195lbs: 
#1-Ryan Solomon, Milton, PA vs. #6-Ray O’Donnell, Saucon Valley, PA 
2x State Champ Solomon beat Greco World Team Member O’Donnell at the state tournament last year.


220lbs: 
#2-Kyle Snyder, Good Counsel, MD vs. #20-Zach Chakonis, Don Bosco, NJ 
The Man-Child Snyder looks to remain perfect at the Beast against Chakonis who placed here and at state as just a Freshman a year ago.


HWT:
#2-Brooks Black, Blair, NJ vs. #8-Aaron Bradley, Nazareth, PA 
Black won his third Ironman title this year. He’s looking to do the same at the Beast. Bradley was a State Runner-Up last year at 220.
