Jordan Burroughs = Olympic Champ...Jersey wins ;)I like this logic lol

In 2008, when Cejudo won gold, did this make AZ (or Colorado) the best wrestling state in the country? In 2004, when Sanderson won it, did that make Utah the best wrestling state in the country? Goofy logic, captnkid.

Ca gets olympic champ. PA doesn't.

Ha not so fast, Ernie! It wasn't me who wrote the article but instead the great, Willie Saylor. I merely posted it for him. That being said, all props must go to PA at this time. As my dude Willie pointed out, PA finished with nearly 1/3 of all placers. That's ridiculous. CA is still a HS superpower too...but I wouldn't put them above PA. Not after the show PA put on at S32.

Ernie - you kind of brought that feedback on yourself by talking too much. But you are correct that CA would have many more placers if they would have brought the numbers PA brought. CA wrestling is great and very respectable. But I think PA is still ahead of all other states. I am not from PA, but there consistentcy at the national levels events year end year out is impressive.

@ Gosh when you don't have to be anonymous you can be taken serious -- I am pretty sure most of the contributers, tournament directors and fans on flo would rather have you go away than me my friend last time I checked we actually are trying to better wrestling, support peoples events nationwide and expose our kids to the best wrestling in the country. Last time I checked all of these events we are attending had a few more sheckles they wouldnt have had if we stayed home --- maybe we should because its obviously all of you forum warriors will make up the difference after all we saw how willing you were to hand over a few bucks to watch the greatest match of the last few decades live. #anonymouscowards=irrelevant

LOL -- Nick are you trying to motivate us to invade western PA the first weekend of April? You don't have to --If PA brings the same kids and has the same results I will vocally lay homage and hail the keytsone state as forever king. We make no excuses -- we didnt get it done -- however its important to note our organization brough 13 kids from our qualifier (3 wildcards) and the results were 7 medlaists and a rd of 12 -- we didnt bring the 2nd and 3rds from our qualifier or the top 6 -- we didnt have 100 of our best-- our coaches will decide if they want to make a commitment to forgo NHSCA and bring our best 70-100 to flonationals to defend our title -- lets do this dance with 6 minute matches and our best 100 vs PA's best 100 and see where the chips fall. I can stomach 2nd place I think :) not sure if our boys are willing to concede just yet. with all that said the keystone state put us on notice -- you will see our response in April --

I know he is a stud but he beat one of NC best in Drew Turner 9-0 and other studs well beyond his years. ... I was very impressed... He may set all kinds of Super 32 and National records.
