One of the top recruits in the state of Pennsylvania will cross the river when he starts his college career.
Tyson Dippery of perennial powerhouse, Central Dauphin, has verballed to Scott Goodale's Scarlet Knights on Monday morning.
Dippery is projected at 141lbs in college and has an impeccable track record. Most recently, he made the finals of Fargo JR Greco, and won Juniors at VA Beach. He's also been Top 3 at Beast of the East, Powerade, and the state tournament, where he was a Runner-Up last season.
Dippery is the third Rutgers commitment for the Class of 2013, joining PA 4th placer, Josh Patrick (125), and Garrett Connor (195), who was 5th in Ohio.
