it's an inexact science for sure. and i could be off on some. but one wt class is kind of a finer point and i've seen 90% of these kids in person multiple times, so i think i have a pretty good handle on what their growth potential is.could i be wrong on some, sure.i had Dake my #1 141 prospect and Taylor #1 at 149 a few years ago, and they blew right past those weights.same with Quentin Wright.

Ash has a huge frame. he'll put on muscle and 'man size'. even if he's done growing height-wise (which i don't think he is) i can't see him holding 141 for a whole season, two years from now.although, i gotta say, sometimes it depends on the school you go to.for instance Minny and OK State seem to cut pretty hard. EIWA teams, a bit less, etc, etc.

I would think short is 141, pierce 149/57, collica 149

i don't see him wrestling less than 149. i guess time will tell.who else was projected too high.

who would you say is projected at too high a wt?

I see a number of the projected weights a little too high. I would assume it is a guess based off growth.

i'd love, love love to see Ash to Nebraska. just don't have any indication right now (other than the nj pipeline) that says that they're in play. i like the way you think, though!good conversation boys. its always exciting this time of year.

I really hope ashanualt will go to ou. he would be a good fit there
