Technique Cornell Style
Nickerson, Lewnes and Perrelli wrestled there, Spates is a current asst. coach there. All were All-Americans (Nickerson a National Champ as well); all are technical wizards. Take a look at some of the awesome technique that is going round the Cornell room. Each wrestler/coach has his own technique/style. Here are four techniques (2 from neutral, 1 from top, 1 from bottom) that stood out to me immediately:
Troy Nickerson's Wrist Drag to the Sweep: I remember watching Nickerson hit this in college. Nice little set up here.

Mack Lewnes Front Headlock to Underhook to High Single: Chain wrestling at its best and one of my favorite front headlock to leg attack combos. This one's great for when your opponent is clamping down on your arm from the FH.

Frank Perrelli Riding with Leg Pinch: Great top work for grinders. Perrelli shows how the leg pinch opens opponent up for the cross wrist and more.

Jeremy Spates Shows How to Defend from the Crab: Spates is a killer on the mat. This bottom work is key for wrestlers who struggle from the crab ride. He emphasizes hipping down to one side immediately when pulled into the crab. From there, he has multiple options to how he wants to defend/counter the ride.
