Pop & Flo is a dual meet championship that is growing in the North East. The dual meet championships seems to always have a drama filled semi-final and finals.
Now we got Pat Popolizio, Frank Popolizio's brother, taking over as the head wrestling coach at North Carolina State University. Their program, with the classic Popolizio intensity, is already making waves in the south.
We thought it as good a time as any to expand Pop & Flo awesome fun summer wrestling to North Carolina on May 31, June 1st 2013.
