Agree, this initial slide-by (or "pass") is a great move in itself to get all the way behind a slower guy, or it is a good setup for another move. I used it a lot against top-level NCAA competition as a setup- I would hit the slide by just as Flo Jr taught, then drop straight down and grab an outside single leg.

I have to give major credit to Grant, I wrestled against Mcpeek in our district matches, and I'm not usually a guy who gets overpowered, but in that match I was completely man-handled by the guy, only reason I didn't get pinned fast was being flexible. He's strong, really strong, and has the wrestling skill to back it up. Both of these guys are great at what they do and I have complete respect for both of them.
